{"id":953,"date":"2016-04-28T15:27:24","date_gmt":"2016-04-28T15:27:24","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/foodieandtraveler.net\/?p=953"},"modified":"2017-05-26T18:05:21","modified_gmt":"2017-05-26T22:05:21","slug":"the-grand-dinner-eden-roc-cap-cana","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.foodieandtraveler.com\/index.php\/the-grand-dinner-eden-roc-cap-cana\/","title":{"rendered":"The Grand Dinner &#8211; Eden Roc At Cap Cana"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Recientemente estuve en <span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><strong><em><a style=\"color: #3366ff;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.edenroccapcana.com\/es\">Eden Roc at Cap Cana<\/a><\/em><\/strong><\/span>, en esta ocasi\u00f3n, degustando el men\u00fa presentado por el prestigioso chef Jacob Jasinski, quien es jefe de cocina en el Restaurante Seasons del hotel Ocean House en Rhode Island.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Una noche m\u00e1gica compuesta por comensales que mor\u00edan de ganas por probar la cocina de este gran chef, quien de la mano de <span style=\"color: #800080;\"><em><a style=\"color: #800080;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.refraschini.com\">Gianluca Re Fraschini<\/a><\/em><\/span> (chef ejecutivo de Eden Roc) presentaron un exquisito men\u00fa basado en un concepto moderno con productos muy frescos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>El men\u00fa de la noche estuvo compuesto por los siguientes platos:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Esp\u00e1rragos con crema de patatas, almendras y yema de huevo<\/li>\n<li>Langosta al c\u00edtrico y mango<\/li>\n<li>Mero a la vainilla<\/li>\n<li>Medall\u00f3n de res con hongos y pur\u00e9 de patatas. Y como postre: Queso de cabra, nueces, fresas y miel.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Estos exquisitos platos fueron maridados por buenos vinos entre los que podemos mencionar: Livio Felluga Chardonnay, Les Pommiers Russian River Pinot Noir, la champa\u00f1a Taittinger Brut Prestige Rose, entre otros. La agradable velada termin\u00f3 con una degustaci\u00f3n de ron Brugal y cigarros artesanales.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><strong><em><a style=\"color: #3366ff;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.edenroccapcana.com\/es\">Eden Roc at Cap Cana Boutique &amp; Suites<\/a><\/em><\/strong><\/span> pertenece a la familia de Relais &amp; Ch\u00e2teaux que re\u00fane una colecci\u00f3n de restaurantes gourmets, hoteles de lujo, resorts y villas. La cocina de los mejores chefs del mundo se encuentra en estas particulares propiedades con encanto \u00fanico y servicio con los mejores est\u00e1ndares de calidad.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:
