Destac\u00f3 que, los toques c\u00edtricos dulces y su c\u00e1lido sabor a madera hacen a The Macallan Estate un esp\u00edritu rico, satisfactorio y complejo que rinde homenaje a las f\u00e9rtiles tierras de Speyside donde se encuentra Macallan y celebra la artesan\u00eda por la que hemos sido conocidos desde 1824.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los ingredientes que resaltan los sabores The Macallan Estate fueron maridados magistralmente con sopa de wonton de pato infusionado en un t\u00e9 de verduras y pimienta de sichuan, troncha de foie gras con rostro de papa y tocineta artesanal casera ahumada, risotto de avena con un short rib de carne cocido a baja temperatura, biscuit de papa con queso idiazabel y miel de mel\u00f3n de gre\u00f1a; mientras que el toque dulce lo puso el postre pasi\u00f3n por el chocolate.
