de Tailandia realiza Cata Degustaci\u00f3n tem\u00e1tica"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>En un ambiente ideado para trasladar a los invitados a la extravagante y exquisita gastronom\u00eda del Reino de Tailandia, a trav\u00e9s de los sentidos y con la finalidad de compartir y conocer aspectos de la cultura, la honorable c\u00f3nsul del Reino de Tailandia en la Rep\u00fablica Dominicana, Mariajos\u00e9 Turull de Roig, ofreci\u00f3 una cata-degustaci\u00f3n tem\u00e1tica interactiva en honor a los miembros de la junta directiva del Cuerpo Consular en el pa\u00eds y a los Ex Decanos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El encuentro dio inicio al novedoso concepto de Primera Cata-Degustaci\u00f3n Tem\u00e1tica, realizado en el Restaurante Temporada, autor\u00eda de la Chef Catherine Lemoine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este estuvo encabezado por la c\u00f3nsul Turull de Roig y cont\u00f3 con un exclusivo men\u00fa de cinco tiempos, los cuales transportaron a los comensales al Sudeste Asi\u00e1tico, haciendo un recorrido a trav\u00e9s de interesantes mezclas de sabores y olores, sobretodo por su caracter\u00edsticos sabores \u00e1cidos, salados, dulces y picantes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El primer tiempo fue protagonizado por un exquisito Satay Kai; el segundo por un Muu Tod Kapi y Yum Mammoung, seguido del plato Kaeng Khiao Wan Kai, Pad Thai y Sticky Rice con Mango (Kow Neuw), en los dem\u00e1s, acompa\u00f1ados de una selecci\u00f3n de c\u00f3cteles de Casa Brugal y La Enoteca para maridar la selecci\u00f3n culinaria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El encuentro permiti\u00f3 compartir experiencias y conocer m\u00e1s acerca de la cultura tailandesa a trav\u00e9s de su cocina, de la mano de una experiencia entre amigos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A la actividad asistieron adem\u00e1s, familiares, amigos y relacionados, quienes disfrutaron del exclusivo men\u00fa y ambiente musical preparado especialmente para la ocasi\u00f3n y para transportarnos a Tailandia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure
