Es madre de dos hijos y repartiendo su agenda entre familia, esposo y trabajo, siempre tiene a flor de piel ese carisma, esa sonrisa de una pastelera que sue\u00f1a con tener su propio local. Mientras, le sigue poniendo toda esa dulzura y pasi\u00f3n a cada uno de los postres que prepara con toda la profesionalidad, esmero y puntualidad, cualidades que desde ya, le ha augurado el \u00e9xito. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00bfC\u00f3mo te inicias en el mundo de los postres?&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Desde muy temprana edad me ha gustado la cocina, siempre quise obtener los medios para hacerlo.&nbsp;Cuando tuve la oportunidad empec\u00e9 por un taller de galletas personalizadas en el 2018 y con el pasar de los meses, los mismos clientes fueron quienes me llevaron a preparar bizcochos, y dem\u00e1s postres en general.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00a0<strong>\u00bfPor qu\u00e9 az\u00facar y pimienta?\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Comenc\u00e9 por hacer galletas y pensando en el futuro inclu\u00ed picaderas (croquetas, pastelitos y quipe) para cuando el cliente viniera donde nosotros poder ofrecerle todo, por ende, dije mi negocio se llamar\u00e1 Az\u00facar y Pimienta porque tendr\u00e9 mi negocio de dulces y salados.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>&nbsp;\u00bfCu\u00e1les son los sabores y tendencias que identifican tu trabajo?&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sabores cl\u00e1sicos, de texturas suaves.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;<strong>\u00bfDe d\u00f3nde proviene tu formaci\u00f3n pastelera?&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;En el mundo de la pasteler\u00eda tenemos que estar innovando en cuanto a nuevos postres y nuevos dise\u00f1os mi formaci\u00f3n viene de Toque Gourmet y Casa Consuelo&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00a0\u00bfCu\u00e1les son los postres o dulces m\u00e1s emblem\u00e1ticos de tu trabajo?\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pasteles de vainilla, cheesecake,&nbsp;los riqu\u00edsimos brownies y las cremas que llevan algunos postres.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>&nbsp;\u00bfC\u00f3mo eliges los productos y postres que ofreces a los clientes?&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nos preocupamos por siempre obtener frescura y calidad as\u00ed sea en las frutas para desayunos como los productos para nuestros postres, trabajamos con tiempo de anticipaci\u00f3n porque a cada cliente se le trabaja de manera personal lo que desea y pueda obtener un producto 100% fresco.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00bfCu\u00e1les son los postres de temporada que trabajas?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En este tiempo de diciembre nos catalogan por los brownies de dise\u00f1os, bizcochos de fruta con licores (bizcochos en latas) y los polvorones. Para cada temporada tenemos variaci\u00f3n y diferentes productos.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00a0\u00bfCu\u00e1les son los tres ingredientes m\u00e1s imprescindibles en tu cocina a la hora de hacer tus creaciones?\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ja ja ja&#8230;&nbsp; Bueno, ser\u00edan m\u00e1s de tres y puedo mencionarte:&nbsp;harina, az\u00facar, mantequilla, huevos sobre&nbsp;todo cuando se trabaja con amor todo sale excelente&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>&nbsp;\u00bfCu\u00e1l es la log\u00edstica que implementas para ofrecer un excelente servicio a cada cliente?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Soy sumamente organizada, coordino bien con el cliente para una hora exacta, nos caracterizamos por la puntualidad y buen servicio que brindamos aparte de nuestra presentaci\u00f3n y sabor que llevan nuestros postres, mayormente si coordinamos para las 10 am su orden llega a las 9:45.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>&nbsp;Menciona tres postres tuyos que sean capaces de llenar las expectativas del foodie m\u00e1s exigente<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Brownie<\/li><li>&nbsp;Pasteles<\/li><li>Cheesecake<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;<strong>\u00bfCu\u00e1les medidas tomas dentro de la cocina para que tus dulces y postres queden con tan buena calidad?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;Higiene y cuidado, ante todo. Productos de primera calidad como mantequilla rica y harina blanquita, cada receta a su medida ni un chin m\u00e1s ni un poco menos, que todo producto est\u00e9 sumamente fresco para nuestra elaboraci\u00f3n.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>&nbsp;\u00bfC\u00f3mo visualizas tu negocio de postres en varios a\u00f1os?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Me visualizo en grande, con muchos empleados y
