Una familia que durante varias generaciones se ha dedicado a la crianza de ganado, y con el paso del tiempo, ha innovado y procurado que, en cada una de sus acciones, haya un retorno positivo hacia el medio ambiente por medio de sus productos.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Seibo, es la cuna de esas fincas donde pastorea el ganado, en un suelo que se regenera naturalmente, para obtener una carne criolla, <em>grassfed <\/em>con sello nacional, sin hormonas ni preservativos. Es un producto cuidado con mucho esmero hasta llegar a la mesa del comensal y en sus restaurantes ubicados en Piantini y Bella Vista.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En la carnicer\u00eda desde hace 12 a\u00f1os, se mantiene a la vanguardia del tratamiento de la carne, trayendo expertos extranjeros para que formen a carniceros locales en el buen y novedoso manejo de cortes y preparaciones. Sus&nbsp;carniceros por tanto, no s\u00f3lo despachan carne, son tambi\u00e9n grandes aliados a la hora de aconsejar o sugerir que corte llevar para esa cena \u00edntima, para ese beb\u00e9 en crecimiento, &nbsp;para esa parrilla con viejos amigos o compa\u00f1eros de colegio.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Todo ese trabajo tan minucioso es complementado con un excelente servicio que ofrecen en sus restaurantes. El local de Bella Vista es un espacio ideado para que las familias puedan compartir desde un desayuno, almuerzo o cena con sus hijos, compa\u00f1eros de trabajo, vecinos y personas del sector, vestidos de manera casual, informal y disfruten en cada uno de los ambientes, que van desde la terraza hasta el peque\u00f1o sal\u00f3n que se encuentra en el segundo nivel, ideal para encuentros y celebraciones familiares, con una capacidad para acomodar a 15 personas con el distanciamiento requerido.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201c<\/em>La idea no es s\u00f3lo ofrecer cortes de carnes de excelente calidad, sino complementarlos con los vegetales cosechados en el campo y traerlos con toda su frescura, tambi\u00e9n los huevos camperos, procedentes de la crianza de pollos org\u00e1nicos, alimentados sin ning\u00fan tipo de hormonas ni aditivos.
